Ingredients:

For the crust:

– 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the cheesecake:

– 24 oz (680g) cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup caramel sauce

– 1 cup M&M candies

For the topping:

– Whipped cream

– M&M candies

– Caramel sauce

 

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until creamy.

3. Gently fold in the caramel sauce and M&M candies until evenly distributed.

4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust, spreading it out evenly.

5. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until set.

6. Before serving, decorate the top with whipped cream, M&M candies, and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
