Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole – creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor!

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked white rice
2 cups fresh broccoli florets, steamed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded (optional)
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, steamed broccoli, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, cooked chicken (if using), cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Let it cool slightly before serving.

Decoration Tips:
