– ½ cup green onion (finely chopped)
– ½ cup dried cranberries (chopped)
– ½ cup sliced almonds (chopped)
– ½ cup pecans (finely chopped)
– 5 slices bacon (cooked, finely chopped)
– 30 pretzel sticks
Instructions:
1. Mix Cheese: Using a stand mixer or handheld mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth (about 1 minute).
2. Add Ingredients: Mix in cheddar cheese, horseradish sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
3. Form Balls: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop cheese mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll into balls. Place on the sheet.
4. Coat Cheese Balls: Roll each cheese ball in your choice of toppings until fully coated, then return to the baking sheet.
5. Serve: Just before serving, insert a pretzel stick into the center of each cheese ball.
Storage:
– Refrigerator: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days (remove pretzel sticks before storing).
– Freezing: Not recommended, as the texture does not thaw well.
