Ingredients:

For the Chicken Marinade:

Chicken drumsticks

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried onions

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon pepper mixture (black, white, red)

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

For Cooking:

1 tablespoon butter

1 sprig of fresh rosemary (optional)

1 lemon, sliced (optional)

Instructions:

1 Prepare the Chicken:

Make a deep cut along the drumsticks to open them slightly like a “butterfly.” This helps them cook more evenly and absorb more flavor.

2 Prepare the Marinade:

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, dried onions, paprika, pepper mixture, salt, and rosemary.

Coat the chicken drumsticks well with the marinade.

Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or ideally overnight).

3 Cooking:

Heat a pan or grill over medium heat with some butter.

Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
