1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs
½ cup (120 ml) milk
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried oregano
For the Glaze:
¼ cup (60 ml) ketchup

Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze. Spread it evenly over the meatloaf.
Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables and enjoy!
