Mustard Lemon Vinaigrette 

 

 

This honey-mustard vinaigrette comes together easily by shaking a few ingredients in a jar. Serve the dressing over your favorite leafy greens like spring mix or kale. It also pairs nicely with chicken or salmon.

 

Organic Ingredients

* ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

* ¼ cup lemon juice

* 2 tablespoons honey

* 2 teaspoons stone-ground mustard

* 1 teaspoon snipped fresh thyme

* ¼ teaspoon sea salt

* ½ teaspoon ground pepper

 

Directions

Combine ¼ cup oil, ¼ cup lemon juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 teaspoons mustard, 1 teaspoon thyme, ¼ teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake until well combined.

Yield: 5 servings
