No-Bake Snickers Crunch Bars

 

Ingredients:

 

2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup chopped Snickers bars
1/2 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
1/4 cup caramel sauce

 

Directions:

 

 

Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, and continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Fold in crispy rice cereal until evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the chopped Snickers and peanuts over the first layer, and then drizzle with caramel sauce.
Press the remaining chocolate and cereal mixture over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set before cutting into bars.
