Ingredients:
4 ears of corn, husked
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix melted butter and garlic, then brush over corn.
Place corn on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
