Ingredients:
½ cup water
½ cup milk
½ cup butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs
8 oz mascarpone cheese
¼ cup powdered sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions:
Prep:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Choux Pastry:
In a saucepan, heat water, milk, and butter until melted. Add flour, stir until dough forms. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time.
Bake:
Pipe dough onto the sheet, bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Cool completely.
