Hot Fudge Brownie Bread

 

 

Ingredients:

 

1. 1 cup all-purpose flour

2. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

3. 1/2 tsp baking powder

4. 1/4 tsp baking soda

5. 1/4 tsp salt

6. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

7. 1 cup granulated sugar

 

Directions:

 

1. Preheat Oven:

1.1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients:

2.1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

3. Combine Wet Ingredients:

3.1. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.

4. Mix Batter:

4.1. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

5. Bake:

5.1. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.

5.2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.

6. Serve:

6.1. Allow the brownie bread to cool slightly before slicing.

6.2. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of hot fudge for a decadent treat.
