(for 4 wraps) 4 large wheat tortillas 2 cooked chicken fillets, shredded or thinly sliced 4 slices of ham 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, emmental or mozzarella) 1 tablespoon of mustard or mayonnaise (optional) 1 tablespoon melted butter or oil (for brushing)
Preparation
1. Prepare the wraps: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of mustard or mayonnaise on the tortilla, if desired. Place a slice of ham in the center, add chicken and a slice of cheese on top. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly to form a wrap. 2. Prepare the wraps for cooking: Lightly brush each wrap with melted butter or oil for a crispy texture. Place the wraps in the air fryer, making sure they do not overlap. 3. Cooking: Cook for 5-7 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until the wraps are golden brown and crispy. Carefully remove them from the fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
