Instructions
1. Start by pouring 00 flour into a large bowl and add salt, mixing well to amalgamate the dry ingredients.
2. Dissolve the fresh yeast in lukewarm water, then also incorporate the olive oil, stirring until you get a homogeneous mixture.
3. By gradually pouring the water and yeast mixture into a flour bowl, start mixing with a spoon or spatula until it forms a soft and sticky dough.
4. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and work with your hands for about 5-7 minutes, until it reaches a smooth, elastic texture.
5. Take a baking pan and lightly grease it with olive oil, then spread the batter directly into the pan, using your fingers to distribute it evenly.
6. Cover the frying pan with a clean towel and let the dough rest in a warm place for about 20-30 minutes, or until it doubles in volume.
7. While the dough is kneading, preheat the oven to 200°C, creating an ideal environment for your pizza to bake.
8. Once leavened, customize your pizza however you like: add tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, mushrooms or any other ingredient you like.
9. Bake the pizza in a hot oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the base is golden and crispy.
