Ingredients
– 7oz of crabmeat
– 3 tablespoons of light cream cheese
– 3 and 1/2 tablespoons of regular mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup of reduced-fat parmesan cheese
– 3 tablespoons of green onion
– 2 garlic cloves
– 2 teaspoons of worcestershire sauce
– 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon of hot sauce
– 1/2 teaspoon of old bay
– 1/4 teaspoon of salt
– 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish.
3. Bake for about 35-40 mins in a preheated oven until lightly golden brown on top.
