Carrot Cake Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

These irresistibly crunchy Spicy Ranch Crackers are the perfect salty-tangy snack with just the right kick of heat!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet (1 oz) Ranch dressing mix

  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 box of crackers (like saltines or mini crackers)

Instructions

  1. Add the vegetable oil to a large bowl or a zip-top bag.

  2. Mix in the Ranch dressing mix, crushed red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Stir or shake well until fully combined.

  3. Add the crackers to the mixture. Gently toss or shake until all the crackers are evenly coated.

  4. Spread the coated crackers on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 250°F (120°C) for about 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  6. Let cool completely before serving.

  7. Store in an airtight container.
