4 eggs

 

1.5 cups granulated sugar (225 g)

 

1 cup milk (200 ml)

 

1 cup oil (200 ml)

2 packets of baking powder (20 g total)

 

1 packet of vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 g)

 

2 cups grated carrots

 

1 cup chopped walnuts (slightly less than a full cup)

 

1 tsp ground cinnamon

 

Preparation:

 

1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch (22 cm) round or square cake pan.

 

2. Mix the Wet Ingredients:
