Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta

Bring salted water to a boil.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Step 2: Season & Cook the Steak

Pat steak dry and season generously with Cajun seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear steak 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness).

Remove and rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Step 3: Cook the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add butter.

Season shrimp with remaining Cajun seasoning.

Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

Remove and set aside.
Step 4: Make the Alfredo Sauce

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
