Greek-Style Grilled Chicken Tenders
🧾 Ingredients
- 500 g chicken tenders
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (optional, for extra tenderness)
🥣 Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together:
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Garlic
- Oregano & thyme
- Paprika
- Salt & pepper
- (Optional) Greek yogurt
Add the chicken tenders and coat well. Cover and marinate:
- At least 30 minutes, ideally 2–4 hours in the fridge.
🔥 Cooking Instructions
Grill Method (Best flavor)
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Lightly oil the grates.
- Grill chicken for 3–4 minutes per side, until fully cooked (internal temp ~75°C).
Pan Method (Alternative)
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add a little olive oil.
- Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
