🧾 Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken tenders
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (optional, for extra tenderness)

🥣 Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together:

  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic
  • Oregano & thyme
  • Paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • (Optional) Greek yogurt

Add the chicken tenders and coat well. Cover and marinate:

  • At least 30 minutes, ideally 2–4 hours in the fridge.

🔥 Cooking Instructions

Grill Method (Best flavor)

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Lightly oil the grates.
  3. Grill chicken for 3–4 minutes per side, until fully cooked (internal temp ~75°C).

Pan Method (Alternative)

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add a little olive oil.
  3. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Serve with:

  • Warm pita bread
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh salad (tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta)
  • Rice or roasted potatoes
