Easter Dirt Cake Casserole
📝 Ingredients:
- 1 package (about 400g) chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreo), crushed
- 100g butter (softened)
- 225g cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
- Pastel candy-coated chocolates (like M&M’s)
- Marshmallow chicks (like Peeps)
- Chocolate eggs or mini eggs
- Optional: shredded coconut dyed green (for “grass”)

- Crush the cookies
Crush the cookies into fine crumbs. Set aside. - Make the cream base
Beat butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy. - Prepare pudding
In another bowl, whisk milk, pudding mix, and vanilla until thickened. - Combine
Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture, then gently fold in the whipped topping. - Layer the “dirt”
In a casserole dish:- Add a layer of cookie crumbs
- Spread half the creamy mixture
- Repeat layers, finishing with cookie crumbs on top
- Decorate
Top with candies, marshmallow chicks, and “grass” for a festive look. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) before serving.
