Crock Pot Baked Potatoes

 

 

Ingredients:

4-6 medium-sized russet potatoes

Olive oil (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Aluminum foil

 

 

Instructions:

Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Season: If you like, rub each potato with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Wrap: Wrap each potato tightly in a piece of aluminum foil.

Cook: Place the wrapped potatoes in the crock pot. You can stack them, but don’t overfill.

Set: Cover with the lid and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. The potatoes are ready when they are tender and easily pierced with a fork.

Enjoy:

Unwrap and serve with your favorite toppings: butter, sour cream, chives, bacon bits, or shredded cheese.
