Shawarma Sauce

White Shawarma Sauce 🌯🧄

 

Ingredients:

• 120g Greek yogurt

• 120g light mayonnaise

• 24g garlic (minced)

• 30g lemon juice

• 15g vinegar

• 15g honey

• 0.5g cumin

• 1.5g salt

• 15g parsley (chopped)

 

Instructions:

1. Finely mince the garlic into a smooth paste.

2. In a bowl, mix yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth.

3. Add garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, and honey.

4. Add cumin and salt, then mix well.

5. Stir in chopped parsley.

6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

 

Yellow Shawarma Sauce 🌯✨

 

Ingredients:

• 1 cup mayonnaise (240g)

• 1/4 cup plain yogurt (60g)

• 2 garlic cloves (minced) (6g)

• 1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)

• 1 tbsp lemon juice (15ml)

• 1 tsp mustard (5g)

• 1/4 tsp paprika (0.5g)

• 1/2 tsp salt (3g)

• 1/2 tsp black pepper (1g)

 

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and yogurt until smooth.

2. Add garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, and paprika.

3. Add salt and black pepper.

4. Whisk well until smooth and creamy.

5. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
