recipe for Chocolate Ice Cream Bars :

Ingredients:

500g Heavy Cream

350g (12.5 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

200g Dark or Milk Chocolate (for coating)

2 tbsp Coconut Oil or Butter (to help with melting)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ice Cream Base:

In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.

Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.

2. Freeze the Ice Cream:

Pour the mixture into ice cream bar molds.

Insert popsicle sticks and smooth the tops.

Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.

3. Prepare the Chocolate Coating:

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil (or butter) in a microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.

Let it cool slightly but remain liquid.

4. Coat the Ice Cream Bars:

Remove the frozen ice cream bars from the molds.

Dip each bar into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.

Place them on a parchment-lined tray and let the chocolate harden.

5. Enjoy!
