1 lb ground beef

1 egg

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1 cup beef broth

1 tsp Italian seasoning

8 oz egg noodles

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

 

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare Meatballs

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
