Lean ground beef 2 lbs

Onion, finely diced 1

BBQ sauce 1 cup

Yellow mustard 1 tbsp

Black pepper ½ tsp

Instant rice 2 cups

Broth (beef or chicken) 2 cups

Shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Brown the Beef

Drain & Season
