Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients :

– 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
– Salt and pepper.
– 4 slices of ham
– 4 slices of swiss cheese
– 1/2 cup of flour
– 2 beaten eggs
– 1 cup of hat
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of butter.

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season salt and pepper chicken breasts.
3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
4. Roll each stuffed chicken breast and pin with toothpicks.
5. Put each chicken roll in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in the hat.
6. Heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat in a skillet.
7. Make the chicken rolls golden on all sides.
8. Transfer the rolls to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked through.
9. Remove toothpaste before serving.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!
