Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake: Double Layers of Pleasure 

Ingredients

For the crust:

• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

• ½ cup melted butter

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

 

For the cheesecake filling:

• 3 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

• 1 cup granulated sugar

• ½ cup sour cream

• 3 large eggs

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

 

For the swirl:

• ¼ cup melted butter

• ½ cup brown sugar

• 1 tablespoon cinnamon

• 1 sheet puff pastry

 

Pro note: If the cheesecake is too runny, bake the puff pastry topping separately and add it at the end. Easy and delicious!
