Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken: A Comforting 30-Minute Meal

Ingredients:

 

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

 

2 tbsp olive oil

 

3 garlic cloves, minced

 

1 cup heavy cream

 

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

½ cup chicken broth

 

1 tsp Italian seasoning

 

Salt and black pepper to taste

 

1 tbsp butter

 

1 cup fresh spinach

 

Fresh parsley for garnish

 

Preparation Steps:

 

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and black pepper.

 

2. Sear chicken on both sides until golden and fully cooked. Remove from skillet.

 

3. Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.

 

4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
