Diet Apple Pie Without Sugar, Flour or Oil!
Ingredients :
– 50 g of raisins
– 2 medium eggs or vegan substitute
– 2 medium apples
– 70 g of almonds or other peeled fruits
– 100 ml of water
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 100 g of oatmeal
– 1 banana media
Preparation:
1. Starts by washing and peeling apples. Once they’re ready, crush them and put them aside for later use.
2. Take a blender and combine oatmeal, sliced banana, eggs or the vegan substitute, baking powder and water. Blend everything until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous compound.
3. Transfer the compound to a large bowl. Add crushed apples, raisins and roughly chopped almonds. Mix well to blend all the ingredients.
4. Coat a 17cm pan with baking paper and pour the dough, leveling the surface with the back of a spoon.
5. Bake in a preheated oven to 180°C for about 40 minutes. The cake will be ready when it turns out golden and a stick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Once baked, let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes before serving. If you wish, you can spray with a powdered sweetener before tasting it.
