Easy Kielbasa Hashbrown Casserole

 

 

Ingredients:

 

1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced

1 bag (30 oz) frozen hash browns

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

½ cup chopped onion

½ cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons butter, melted

½ cup crushed cornflakes (optional, for topping)

 

 

Instructions:

 

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mix hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in sliced kielbasa, chopped onion, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and drizzle with melted butter.

If using, sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top for extra crunch.

Bake for 40-45 minutes until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.

 

Notes:

 

Serve with a side salad for a complete meal!
