Fried Cabbage with Bacon, Onion, and Garlic 

Ingredients:

1 small head of cabbage, chopped

4-6 slices of bacon, chopped

1 medium onion, sliced

3-4 cloves of garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and set it aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.

Sauté the Onion and Garlic: Add the sliced onion to the skillet and cook until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the Cabbage: Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet. Stir well to coat it in the bacon grease. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized.

Season and Combine: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the crispy bacon pieces and cook for another 2 minutes to blend the flavors.

Serve and Enjoy: Remove from heat and serve warm as a side dish or a main meal.
