Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:

For the chicken bites:

1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons butter, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
For the creamy parmesan pasta:

8 ounces pasta of your choice (such as cavatappi or penne)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Make the chicken bites: Season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Dust lightly with flour, shaking off any excess.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and fully browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of the butter and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Make the creamy pasta sauce: Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in the garlic powder and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
Serve the creamy pasta topped with garlic butter chicken bites. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra parmesan if desired.
