Ginger Biscuits

8 cups Flour

1 packet Bicarbonate of soda

Half box ginger

1 Cup milk

1 Cup Golden Syrup

2 eggs

2 cups sugar ,I used only 1 Cup

Pinch salt

500g Rama

3 spoons Cream of Tartar

 

METHOD

Melted Rama(room temperature)

Add sugar in your Rama,Syrup, eggs,milk and mix well

Pour Flour,Pinch salt,Bicarbonate , cream of tartar and Ginger

Mix and make round balls,press those balls a little with your finger,not too much and bake
