Ingredients:
600 grams of veal liver
500 grams of onion
50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 glass of white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Wash and slice the onions.
Place them in a frying pan with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Cook over high heat for a couple of minutes.
Deglaze with white wine and continue cooking.
Once the wine evaporates, add half a glass of water.
Let it cook on low heat until the onions are tender.
Meanwhile, cut the veal liver into slices, either thin or thick, according to your preference.
When the onions are ready, add the liver slices to the pan.
Cook everything over high heat for another 5 minutes, flipping the liver slices halfway through.
Serve hot!
