Seafood Casserole: Scallops, Mushrooms, and Shrimp

Ingredients:

12 scallops

200 g peeled shrimp

250 g button mushrooms

2 shallots

2 garlic cloves

20 cl dry white wine

20 cl fresh cream

2 tablespoons butter

Salt and pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Clean and slice the mushrooms, finely chop the shallots and garlic.

Heat one tablespoon of butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms until golden. Set aside.

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of butter and sauté the shallots and garlic.

Add the scallops and shrimp, cooking them for a few minutes on each side.

Pour in the white wine and let it reduce by half.

Stir in the fresh cream and the reserved mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer for a few minutes.

Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
