Simple Celery Hydration Juice
Ingredients

1 bunch fresh celery (8–10 stalks)

1/2 cup cold water (optional, for blending)

Optional add-ins (choose one or skip):

1/2 lemon, peeled

1/2 green apple

A small piece of fresh ginger

Instructions

Wash & chop
Wash celery well and cut into small pieces. -
Juice or blend

Juicer: Run celery through the juicer.

Blender: Add celery and water, blend until smooth, then strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.

Drink immediately for best freshness and hydration.
