Strawberry Cheesecake Poke Cake

 

Ingredients:

1. 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix

2. ½ cup vegetable oil

3. 3 large eggs

4. 7 oz cheesecake pudding

5. 3½ cups cold whole milk

6. 8 oz whipped topping

7. 1 cup strawberries

 

Directions:

Preheat Oven:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Prepare the Cake:

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.

3. Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Make the Cheesecake Filling:

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened.

5. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the baked cake.

6. Pour the cheesecake pudding mixture over the cake, making sure it fills the holes and spreads evenly.

Chill the Cake:

7. Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour to set the pudding filling.

Add Toppings:

8. Spread the whipped topping over the chilled cake, covering it completely.

9. Slice the strawberries and arrange them on top of the whipped topping.

Serve:

10. Slice the cake into squares and serve chilled.
