Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked rotini pasta (or any short pasta)

1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained

½ cup cucumber, diced

½ cup red bell pepper, diced

½ cup green bell pepper, diced

½ cup corn kernels (canned or cooked)

¼ cup onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp olive oil or mayonnaise (depending on preference)

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp salt (or to taste)

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp dried oregano (optional)

Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and let it cool.

In a large bowl, combine the pasta, tuna, cucumber, bell peppers, corn, and onion.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil (or mayonnaise), lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano.

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes for better flavor.
