Here’s a recipe for a 4th of July Swirl Pie that’s a festive no-bake patriotic dessert:

*Ingredients:*

For the crust:

– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

– 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup blueberry puree or blueberry syrup

– 1 cup strawberry puree or strawberry syrup

– 1 cup whipped cream

*Instructions:*

1. Prepare the crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a bowl. Add the melted butter and stir until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

2. Prepare the filling: Beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.

3. Divide the filling: Divide the cream cheese mixture into three bowls. In one bowl, mix in the blueberry puree. In another bowl, mix in the strawberry puree. Leave the third bowl plain.

4. Assemble the pie: Pour the blueberry mixture into the prepared crust. Top with the plain mixture, then the strawberry mixture. Use a knife or spatula to create a swirly design.

5. Chill the pie: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight.

6. Top with whipped cream: Just before serving, top the pie with whipped cream and create additional swirls with the blueberry and strawberry purees, if desired.

*Tips:*

– Use fresh blueberries and strawberries to make the purees for the best flavor.

– You can also use food coloring to make the colors more vibrant.

– Refrigerate the pie for a longer time if you want a firmer texture.

This no-bake pie is perfect for 4th of July celebrations, potlucks, or any summer gathering. Enjoy!
