Homemade Cherry Ice Pops (Only 3 Ingredients!)

 

Naturally delicious, freezer-friendly, and perfect for hot days or healthy snacking!

 

Ingredients:

 

2 cups fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)

 

2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)

 

1/2 cup water

 

Directions:

 

Blend it up: Add cherries, honey/maple syrup, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.

 

Strain (optional): For smoother pops, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove bits of skin.

 

Freeze: Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 4–6 hours, or until solid.

 

Serve & enjoy: Run molds under warm water for a few seconds to release. Enjoy your fruity frozen treat!
